Icumsa 45 is the most refined sugar of all, due to its high purity and due to the controlled crystallization process by which crystal sugar is dissolved.

Due to 99.8% sucrose in its composition, Icumsa sugar has a high purity and can be stored for up to 2 years.

Known as white sugar, Icumsa 45 is the most common sugar of all and the easiest to dissolve. In the product refinement process, chemical additives are added to make it look whitish in order to make it more tasty.
